French Bread Dip

INGREDIENTS:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 pkg. Knorr’s vegetable soup mix (can use Lipton Country Vegetable soup mix but dip is better with Knorr’s)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Hollow out a round loaf of bread or a loaf of Italian bread and use insides as dippers.
