Mom’s Cranberry Walnut Bread


2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. milk
1 c. whole cranberries, can
1 c. chopped walnuts


Mix first 5 ingredients. Add egg, melted butter and milk; mix until blended. Add cranberries and walnuts. Put in a 9 inch loaf pan greased and floured. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
