French Filbert Bread

INGREDIENTS: 

2 1/4 c. bread flour
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped filberts (hazelnuts)
7/8 c. (1 cup minus 2 tbs.) water
1 – 1 1/2 tsp.active dry yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients into bread machine or follow your user’s manual. Select same bread cycle as you would for raisin bread and choose crust color, then press start.
