INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Cream flour, shortening and sugar together. Add eggs along with beaten and mashed bananas. Stir in vanilla and soda. Add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Pour into 5 (2 x 4 x 8 inch) greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Turn onto foil.
