Olive Bread

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 Cup sifted flour
* 4 tsp. baking powder
* 1/3 Cup sugar
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 Cup milk
* 1 Cup chopped walnuts
* 1 Cup sliced stuffed green olives
* 2 T chopped pimentos

Method

Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add beaten egg and milk. Stir just until moistened; fold in walnuts, olives and pimentos. Pour into well-oiled, 8″ round glass baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool slightly on wire rack, then slice.
