Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Ripe Banana (mashed)
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 3/4 cups Flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 cup White Sugar
How to make Banana Nut Bread:
• Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Grease and put the flour into two 8 x 4 inch loaf pans.
• Sieve the flour and add it to a bowl.
• Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
• Mix eggs, pecans, bananas, oil and vanilla extract and stir.
• Pour this mixture into prepared pans.
• Bake it for about an hour.
• Cool the pan on wire rack.
• Banana Nut Bread are ready.
