Pepper Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. bread flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. soft butter
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. green, yellow & red peppers, chopped in 1″ pieces
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Directions for bread machine.
Combine bread flour, salt and sugar in bread pan. Next, add water, butter and peppers. Fill yeast dispenser with 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast. Press start pad. Remove bread pan from machine after beeping stops. Turn upside down to release bread and allow to cool on a wire rack.
