INGREDIENTS:

1 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsps molasses
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups white bread flour
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp yeast(bread machine yeast)

DIRECTIONS:

Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan insert baking pan into chamber (secure) and close lid select “rapid bake” select light crust and proceed the way your bread machine works! If your machine adds the dry ingredients first, then add them in the order that you would normally to bake bread in it!
