INGREDIENTS:

1.5 pound loaf
1 1/4 cups water
1 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup rye flour
2 tbsp dry milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp caraway seed
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ing. in bread pan in order listed. Select white bread setting, choose your crust color ( I recommend med or light), choose large or 1.5 for loaf size and start machine.
