Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. ripe banana

DIRECTIONS:

Beat butter and sugar, add eggs, 1 at a time while beating. Add sour cream and bananas – mix soda and flour together and sift 3 times add pecans to flour mixture and stir and add to other mixture, last add vanilla. Add to other mixture.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or lower. Makes 2 loaves.
