Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tubes (10 count) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

In small saucepan mix the first three ingredients and cook until dissolved. In a plastic bag, mix remaining sugar and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit into quarters and coat with sugar mixture. Then drop biscuit pieces into a heavily greased angel food or bundt cake pan. Then pour mixture in saucepan over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes then invert on a plate. Quick, easy, cheap and delicious.
