INGREDIENTS:
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
4 eggs
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased or Pam-sprayed 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, between 45-60 minutes.
