INGREDIENTS:
1 can B&B mushroom buttons
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chives, frozen
1/2 tube anchovy paste
3 slices bread in pieces
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
Dash garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Drain juice from mushrooms and pour over bread pieces. Heat olive oil. Add chives, mushroom pieces and garlic powder. Saute on low fire until soft. Add soaked bread, anchovy paste and parsley. Mix well. Then add remaining ingredients, remove from heat. Stuff mushrooms and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
