INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. grated cheese
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
