Sour Dough Rolls

INGREDIENTS:

1 c. sour dough See starter recipe
3 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 beaten egg
3 tbsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Stir together in large bowl. Add enough self-rising flour to make soft dough (about 3 cups). Turn out on floured surface and knead about 5 minutes. Cover with a warm damp cloth and let rise in warm place 1 hour, or until dough is double in size. Punch dough down and use as desired, don’t knead again.
