Sour Dough Bread Starter

INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

Keep starter in refrigerator. Feed every 3 days with a mixture of the following: 3 tbsp. instant potatoes 1 c. warm water
Add to starter and mix slightly. Let the mixture stand out of the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours without a top. To make bread, take out 1 cup of starter and return remaining starter to refrigerator. Keep in refrigerator for 3 days, then feed again. If not making bread, pass on 1 cup of starter or throw away
