Sour-Dough Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. bread starter
1 1/2 c. warm water
5 c. bread flour

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and knead dough to right consistency. Adding more flour as needed. Grease bowl, put lump of dough in and turn over. Cover bowl lightly and let rise overnight or 8-12 hours. Next morning punch dough down and divide into 3 parts and knead again. Then place dough into well oiled loaf pans. Let rise 4-5 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
