Sour Dough Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:

Flour
About 4 c. sour dough starter
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cube butter

DIRECTIONS:

Big bowl of flour with a nest in the middle. Pour in sour dough, direct from the crock (about 4 cups). Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over, pinch salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix by folding over dough. Melt butter in 9″x9″ pan. Pinch off biscuits and roll in melted butter. Let rise. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
