INGREDIENTS:
4 c. rye bread crumbs
1 c. smoked corn beef (2 pkgs. Buddig)
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. canned chopped sauerkraut, drained (Bush’s)
1/2 c. melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
Put crumbs in blender. Cut beef slices into smaller pieces and blend. Do not blend Swiss cheese or sauerkraut. Mix. Pour melted butter over all ingredients. Make into walnut size balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be frozen.
