Kentucky Spoon Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream or yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
