INGREDIENTS:
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients well. Place in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes until brown but not dry.
