INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. creamed corn
8 oz. whole kernel corn
1 egg
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in bowl with a spoon (do not use mixer, as it would not then be spoon bread). Bake in glass pan for 30 minutes or until done. Have oven at 350 degrees.
