Greek Corn Bread

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs, whip lightly with a fork
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (approx. 8 1/2 oz.) corn bread mix
1 sm. onion, chopped
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 stick butter
1 (10 oz.) broccoli, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Cook broccoli until tender but crisp; drain well. Mix all ingredients and pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, split and butter. Cut into squares.
Serves 6-8.
