Cranberry - Blueberry Bread

INGREDIENTS:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed if frozen

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and buttermilk. Stir in flour mixture, blending well. Fold in cranberry sauce and blueberries. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 inch greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serve with Blueberry Butter.

BLUEBERRY BUTTER:

1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed if frozen
1 c. soft butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Whip all together. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Absolutely Delicious!
