Corn Bread Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix

DIRECTIONS:

Bake as directed, cool and crumble.

1/3 to 1/2 purple onion, chopped
1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tbsp. mustard

Toss together and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
