INGREDIENTS:
7 c. corn bread crumbs
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. minced onions
1 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tsp. McCormick fried chicken seasoning
1 1/2 c. chicken livers and giblets, chopped fine
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. celery
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup over the bread crumbs. Saute onions, green peppers and celery in butter until tender. Mix the bread crumbs and saute seasoning with onion top and parsley. Add the cooked and chopped livers and giblets along with fried chicken seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook in greased casserole or stuff baking pan (or hen or turkey). Cook in 400 degree oven about 50 to 60 minutes.
