INGREDIENTS:
12 lg. shrimp, fresh or frozen
1 slice bread
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp. olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails on. Butterfly shrimp by splitting down the back. Spread open and place in shallow baking pan. Make a stuffing by mixing bread, garlic, and chopped parsley in a blender. Stuff each shrimp with stuffing and drizzle with oil. Place under broiler 5-7 minutes. Serves 4.
