Beer Batter Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg white or rye quick bread mix
1 bottle dark beer or ale
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Combine ingredients in a bowl.

DIRECTIONS:

Turn batter out into a greased and floured bread pan and bake 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
