Banana Nut Bread Or Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sour milk (mix 1 tsp. white vinegar to milk)
3 crushed bananas

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all into one bowl. Pour into 9″ x 5″ x 2 3/4″ loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. For muffins, fills 2 muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. For banana-chocolate chip loaf, substitute 6 ounce bag of chocolate chip for walnuts.
