INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. bacon
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
1 pkg. cocktail rye bread
DIRECTIONS:
Fry bacon strips until crispy. Crumble fried bacon. Add cheddar cheese and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Spoon on rye bread. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted (approximately 10 minutes).
