INGREDIENTS:
4 oz. pkg. blue cheese
Can of asparagus
1 lg. cream cheese
1 egg
DIRECTIONS:
Mix above ingredients well. Remove crust from loaf of bread. Roll slices of bread with rolling pin. Spread bread slices with cheese mixture. Put one asparagus spear on bread slice and roll up. Repeat process. Brown asparagus roll-ups in butter. Freeze. When ready to serve, cut into bite-sized portions. Heat to serve. Yields: 60 appetizers.
