INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
4 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 (6 oz.) cans or jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Cook onion until tender in water. Drain. In bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs and remaining ingredients except for last 2. Stir in onion, cheese and artichokes. Spread in greased 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan and bake 350 degrees, 17-18 minutes. Cut into squares.
