INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 lb. loaf of Italian bread
1 lb. Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cut diagonally both directions. Put slices of cheese in slots both ways. Use butter on top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese or herbs. With bread in foil make like a tent. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so. At end open foil and get brown on top.
