INGREDIENTS:

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oil

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. In 12 x 16 inch cake pan, heat oil in oven until hot. Cover bottom of pan with batter. Bake at 400 degrees until top is brown.
