Double the recipe and freeze one of the loaves for another day! 1 c. white flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 med. bananas or 3 sm. bananas, the riper the better 1/2 c. sour milk
Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Mash the bananas. Add eggs, bananas and milk to the butter and sugar mixture. Blend the flour into this mixture slowly. When well blended pour into a greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
