INGREDIENTS:
1 vegan pizza crust (see VegWeb pizza crust recipes)
sun-dried tomato
marinated artichokes
olives (whichever ones you like)
jar of salsa
DIRECTIONS:
Basically spread your pizza base with lashings of the salsa (we use a roast capsicum salsa), then liberally sprinkle with chopped sun-dried tomato, artichokes and olives. (Not much else is needed due to the flavor in the salsa - but feel free to add your own favorites.)
You can also sprinkle with savory/nutritional yeast to get a ‘yellow cheese’ look.
Bake in med-hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
