Sugar Free Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 sm. bananas
2 med. eggs
1/2 c. shortening
12 dates, soaked 5 min., drained and chopped
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 walnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

Cut up banana. Add eggs and beat well. Cream shortening and add to banana mixture. Add dates. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts. Stir into creamed mixture just enough to moisten. Bake in 5×9 greased loaf pan 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
