INGREDIENTS:
1 c Garlic Aioli; see * Note
1/2 c Chopped pickled jalapenos
1 c Thinly-sliced artichoke
-hearts
4 oz Parmesan cheese; grated
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper;
- to taste
1 lg French bread loaf; split in
-half
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients together except for the
bread. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over
each half of bread.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly before slicing.
This recipe yields 12 to 14 servings.
