Rosemary Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 cl Garlic; crushed
1 1/2 tb Butter
2 sl French bread; sliced 3/4″ thick
1 Rosemary sprig

DIRECTIONS:

Place the crushed garlic in a small skillet along with the butter. Heat until the butter begins to bubble. Brush the bread generously with the garlic butter using the rosemary sprig as a brush.

Place the bread on a baking sheet with the rosemary sprig arranged across both slices of bread.

Broil the bread slices 4 inches under the broiler until the bread is lightly browned, about 30 seconds. Discard the rosemary sprig. Serve the bread immediately.
