Rhubarb Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 slices toast, cubed
1 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Scald milk, add eggs and mix well. Add other ingredients pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until custard sets.
