INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c pumpkin pie filling
1/3 c milk; skim
1 lg egg
1 tb butter
1 ts salt
2 1/3 c bread flour
2/3 c flour; whole-grain wheat
3 tb brown sugar; packed
2 tb vital wheat gluten
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts ginger
1/4 ts nutmeg
1/8 ts allspice
2 ts yeast
1/2 c walnuts*; coarsely chopped
1/3 c dates*; chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients to the machine in the order listed with the exception of
walnuts and dates. Bake on fruit and nut cycle. When addition beep
sounds, add walnuts and dates. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
