Parmesan Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS:

2 loaves French bread
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the bread diagonally in one inch slices without cutting through the bottom crust. To the butter add the garlic and cheese and brush the cut surfaces of the bread with the garlic butter.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) until heated through, about 15 minutes.
