INGREDIENTS:
3 c. soft bread crumbs (use 4 c. for firmer pudding)
2 c. milk, scalded with 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. seedless raisins
DIRECTIONS:
Place bread crumbs in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Put baking dish in pan of hot water and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
