Garlic Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 loaf sourdough bread
1/2 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Slice bread about 1/2 inch thick. Heat garlic in olive oil then brush over sliced bread. Place on cookie sheet. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle top with Parmesan. Place under broiler until cheese melts and just begins to burn golden.
