INGREDIENTS:
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. beaten egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. butter, melted (butter does not work well)
DIRECTIONS:
Thaw bread dough until it is soft enough to slice, about 20 to 30 minutes. Slice into 15 pieces. Roll slices into balls.
Combine melted butter, parsley, egg and garlic salt. Dip each ball into butter mixture and cover completely.
Place balls in a single layer in a greased 9×15 inch pan. Cover and let rise approximately to the height of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly, remove from pan
