INGREDIENTS:
1 Loaf of Italian, French, or a Baguette
1 head of roasted garlic
softened butter, margarine or Olive Oil
Romano, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses
DIRECTIONS:
Split loaf in half lengthwise and lightly coat with butter, margarine or olive oil(which ever you prefer) then toast in oven or broiler.
Rub toasted bread with cloves of roasted garlic. Add cheese and toast again until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
This recipe for Garlic Bread serves/makes 1 loaf.
