INGREDIENTS:
1 lg. box golden egg custard
3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
3 c. day old bread
DIRECTIONS:
Put custard, milk, raisins, in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Mixture will be thin. Pour over the day old bread in 9×9 inch pan. Chill.
If you like rice pudding, use 2 cups of rice in place of bread. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill until set. There is no baking to it.
