Diabetic Bran Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c Sifted flour
4 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Whole bran cereal,crumbled
Slightly
1 c Skim milk
3 tb Liquid sucaryl
1 Egg
1/4 c Salad oil

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sift together the flour,baking powder and salt.Add bran,blending well.Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture,stirring just to blend.Turn into a greased loaf pan .Bake 70 minutes,or until done.
