INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:
Blend well:
2 med. ripe bananas (1 c.)
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla
Add:
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut when cool and store in a tight container in the refrigerator.
