Dawn Kent’s Cocoa Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ripe bananas

DIRECTIONS:

Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder; set aside. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Mash bananas with milk. Add to creamed mix. Add flour. Fold in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
